Winnipeg

Ah the triumphant return of the travel blog.

Winnipeg is much like I remember it and I am enjoying the hospitality of my extended family. Highlights have included a failed excursion to Bird Hill Provincial Park (low cloud cover = cold and rainy beach weather...who knew), a driving tour of the North End of Winnipeg, a family BBQ, late-night movie shinanigans and the usual spectacularly well-executed lunch and dinner circuit with the Trachtenbergs.
